| Accommodation
The Inn has 8 traditional
individually decorated bedrooms made up of five double
rooms, one twin room and two single
rooms. Each room has its own en-suite shower room
facilities as well as a television and tea and coffee
making facilities.
We continue to enjoy
a three star rating from the English tourist board and
constantly strive to maintain these high standards.
For visitors without a car, Durham City Centre is within easy reach
by foot or by bus which stops 100m away from the Inn.
Please note that we are unable to
take bookings from guests wishing to attend late night
functions requiring access to bedrooms after midnight.
Guests arriving back in the small hours of the morning
are not compatible with regular guests who value the
Inn for its peaceful ambiance. Last check in time is
22:00.

Rack Rates*
All rates are per room per
night and include full English Breakfast. At numerious
times of the year we offer discounts and special offers.

Peak
Rate Periods
We
have a number of peak rate periods throughout the year
during which time we only offer a minimum two nights stay.
During these times we also require full payment at time
of booking which is none refundable on cancellation.

Staying with Children
Unfortunately
we do not accept children under the age of 14.
Large
Party Bookings
We
do not normally accept bookings for large partys who require
more than three rooms unless it is in connection with a function
being held in the restaurant.
Pets
Sorry,
we do not currently allow pets in any of our bedrooms.
External
Wedding Parties & Functions
Please note that we do not provide any night porter service
and therefore we can not provide access to rooms after midnight. Please
take consideration of this if you are
attending an external
wedding party or function which may finish late.
