Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation as any reservation you make with the Seven Stars Inn represents a legally binding contract between you and the hotel and incorporates the following terms and conditions.  

Cancellations

Standard Reservations
In the event of non arrival or late cancellation (cancellations after 12:00pm the day before arrival) we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights room charge per room booked as shown on the confirmation. Standard reservations are all reservations made at our standard bed and breakfast rate where no deposit has been charged at the time of booking. Standard bookings exclude all late booking discounted rates, special offers, or peak rate reservations for which a deposit has been charged.

Late Booking Discounted Rate / Peak Rate / Special Offer Reservations
Late Booking Discounted Rate: All discounted rates are chargeable at the time of booking and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Peak Rates: At certain peak rate times of the year we require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This deposit is non refundable on cancellation and non transferable under any circumstances. If you have paid a deposit and wish someone else to use the room, you must cancel the reservation and rebook the room at which time a second deposit will be charged. Amendments to peak rate bookings are at the proprietor's discretion and a amendment fee may be charged. Any such fee will be confirmed with the customer first.

Special Offers: Special offers are chargeable at the time of booking and are non-refundable under any circumstances unless stated on the reservation confirmation. If cancellations are allowed, the policy will be shown on the reservation confirmation.

Credit Cards
At the time of booking we require a valid credit card to secure bookings and reserve the right to charge the card for cancellations falling outside the permitted time scales, as detailed above. By entering into this contract you are authorising us to make the above charges, and any additional charges for breach of our no smoking policy, damage or lost keys to the card without any additional consent being required.
 

Prices & Minimum Stays
Room rates are variable throughout the year. Please contact us for a room quote if you wish to make a reservation. Single night bookings are not accepted at peak rate times.

Single occupancy is charged at a reduced rate during our standard season, however during peak rate times there is no single occupancy allowance and all rooms are charged at full rate.

Opening Times
Please note that the hotel closes at 11:30pm Monday to Saturday and 11:00pm on Sunday. If access to rooms is required after these times please arrange on arrival, however please note that we do not provide any night porter service and therefore we can not provide access to rooms after midnight.

Breakfast is served 7:00am to 9:00am Monday to Friday and 8:00am to 9:30am on Saturday and Sunday.

Please note we reserve the right to change opening times at any time of the year at our discretion.

Check In and Check Out Times
Rooms are available from 2:00pm and departure time is 11:00am. If you intend to arrive after 9:00 pm please let us know as soon as possible so that we can hold the reservation for you. Please note that we can not accept arrivals after 11:00pm Monday to Saturday, and 10:30pm on a Sunday.

All guests are required to present a valid credit card on arrival. If the guest does not have a valid credit card the room must be paid for with cash in full on arrival. In addition we will also require a cash deposit equivalent to one night's stay which will be refunded on departure after a room check. In the event of a guest not presenting a valid credit card on arrival they will not be permitted to charge drinks or food to their room during the stay.

Non-Smoking Policy
For health and safety reasons and for the comfort of other guests we operate a strict no smoking policy throughout the building, including all guest bedrooms. Any bedrooms tainted by residual tobacco odours will be specially cleaned and aired over a 24-hour period and all charges resulting from this, both actual and loss of business (at prevailing B&B rates - minimum £50.00) will be charged to the credit card given to secure the booking. In this event your credit card will be charged without prior consent being required.

Keys
Bedroom keys must be left at reception each time you leave the building. This is a health and safety requirement so that we can account for who is in the building in case of evacuation. We reserve the right to charge £10.00 to replace any keys lost by guests. In this event your credit card will be charged without prior consent being required.

Damage
We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the hotel, or the fabric of the hotel itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event your credit card will charged without prior consent being required against invoice(s) that will be provided for the costs incurred.

Pets
Unfortunately we can not allow pets (including dogs) in any of our hotel bedrooms. We welcome well behaved dogs in the bar during the day, but there is nowhere in the building to leave pets overnight.

Children
We do not currently accept children under the age of 14.

Large Party Bookings
We do not normally accept bookings for large partys who require more than three rooms unless it is in connection with a function being held in the restaurant.

Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Packages
Our dinner bed and breakfast packages include a choice of three courses from our normal a la carte menu (supplements apply to some dishes from this menu) and full English breakfast. We reserve the right to change our menus at any time.

External Wedding Parties & Functions
Please note our opening hours at the top of the page and take these into consideration if you are attending an external wedding party or function which may finish late.
