Are children allowed?
Children
are welcome, but due to our license they must leave the premises
by 9:00pm if they are under 14years old. Please note we can not
provide any high chair or baby changing facilities.

What time can we check in?
Rooms
are available for check in from 2:00pm, however during the
winter we close between 3:00pm and 5:30pm. If you plan to
arrive during this time, please phone ahead to make sure
someone is available to check you in. We
ask that rooms are vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure. Guests
who arrive early are welcome to drop of luggage which we
can store until check in time.

Do we need to book for dinner?
It
is always advisable to book if you wish to dine in the
restaurant as it does get busy, especially during the weekend. If
you have not booked and the restaurant is full we will
always try to accommodate residents in the lounge or bar
but time slots may be restricted.

Do you have disabled access?
Due
to the age of the building, access is limited. It is
possible to provide wheelchair access to the restaurant by
prior arrangement, however there are no disabled facilities
in the washrooms.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor which is accessible via
the main staircase (there is no lift).
