THE
INN
Situated in the beautifully picturesque village of
Shincliffe and dating back to 1724, the Inn offers excellent facilities
and service in tranquil surroundings. Downstairs, the Inn is divided into the
restaurant, the lounge, and
the bar, while upstairs there are eight individually decorated guest bedrooms.
The Restaurant
A meal in our country restaurant is a joy not to be
missed. Choose from a superb menu or one of our daily specials.
The restaurant also leads to our
Annexe room. This cosy room seats 6 to 8 people and is the perfect
place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Book in advance to
avoid disappointment as dining in the annexe is extremely popular!
We are also able to provide the
restaurant for use for small weddings, christenings and parties.
The Lounge
Enjoy a drink or lunch in our cosy and welcoming
lounge. During the evening enjoy pre-dinner drinks in front of the
fire while choosing from the menu.
For our
residents, the lounge is perfect to sit and relax after breakfast while
reading the morning papers or planning your day ahead. The Bar
Our bar with its open fire is the perfect place to
rest tired feet after a days sight seeing or on completion of one of the
many popular local walks.
