Roasted Butternut Squash & Crème Fraiche Soup
 
Homemade Chicken & Wild Mushroom Terrine
wrapped in Parma ham, finished with a gooseberry
and onion chutney and toasted French bread

 
Warm Buttered Asparagus Spears
drizzled with a sauce mousseline. Accompanied by a watercress, rocket
and parmesan salad. Topped with a lightly poached egg

 
Beetroot Cured Gravalax of Salmon
with wholemeal pancakes, sour creamed potato salad
and a sweet vinaigrette

 


Noisette of Lamb
placed upon a bubble and squeak potato cake
with a thyme and red wine jus

Monkfish Tail
wrapped in smoked salmon, set upon a potato hasd,
surrounded by a king prawn and mussel broth

 
Pot Roasted Corn-fed Chicken Supreme
poached in a chicken and tarragon jus,
accompanied by petit vegetables

 
Goat's Cheese Tower
layered with asparagus, spinach and wild mushrooms.
Surrounded by a green peppercorn cream

All of the above served with seasonal vegetables

topped with vanilla pod ice cream

£20.00 per person non-refundable deposit is require at the time of booking.
No booking is guaranteed until the deposit is paid.
The deposit will be deduced from the bill at the end of the meal. In the case of
non-arrivals or cancellations, a charge of £10 will be added to the bill which is
covered by the original deposit paid for that person.


Please note our meat is cooked pink unless otherwise requested.
